Return an item

What do I do to return an item?
- You notify the return of your product on our return portal in the "Your account / Orders" section, or by clicking on the following link https://account.thyrsparis.com
- Indicate the part(s) to be returned as well as the reason for the return
- As soon as your request is validated, you will receive a prepaid transport slip (for returns in France) to the email address provided.
- Print the slip and stick it on the box
- Drop off the package.
Our shipping packages allow both delivery and return. Reuse so the delivery package of your product is easier.

How long do I have to make a return?
The deadline is 14 working days upon receipt of the package.

Are there any fees for a return?
The returns are:
- Free for returns in France,
- For other countries, the customer will bear the cost of returning the products. The delivery address is indicated in the return notification.

Return and Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached.
After verifying the conformity of the returned product and depending on the wishes you have expressed, we will proceed with the exchange or refund on the payment method used during the purchase.
THYRS reserves the right to refuse returns/refunds communicated or sent late, or items not in the same condition as when received by the customer.
